Privacy Policy

Effective 27 September 2026

This privacy policy applies to the Balansy app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Alexey Zlobin (the “Service Provider”). The core of the Application is free. An optional auto-renewable subscription, Balansy Plus, is sold through Apple.

Balansy does not collect your data. Spheres, tasks, and settings are stored only on your device. The Service Provider has no account system, no server, and no access to that data.

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect:

  • your name, email, or contacts;
  • your device’s IP address;
  • analytics about which screens you open or how long you use the app;
  • advertising identifiers;
  • your location. The Application does not use location services.

The Service Provider does not use the information in the Application to contact you for marketing.

Notifications are scheduled locally on your device. They are not sent through an external push service.

Purchases. Balansy Plus is processed by Apple In-App Purchase. The Service Provider does not receive your payment card details. Apple may share limited subscription status with the Service Provider, as described in Apple’s privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

Export. If you export your data, the Application creates a file and you choose where to send it. The Service Provider does not receive that file unless you send it yourself.

Contact. If you email the Service Provider or use the feedback form, the Service Provider receives only what you choose to send (your name, email address, and message) and uses it only to answer you.

Third Party Access

The Application includes no analytics, advertising, or other third-party SDKs. Your spheres and tasks are not transmitted to the Service Provider or to any third party.

The only third party involved in payments is Apple. The Service Provider may disclose information a person sent by email only:

  • as required by law, such as a subpoena or similar legal process;
  • when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect someone’s safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

The Service Provider does not sell personal information.

Opt-Out Rights

You can erase everything stored by the Application in Settings → Delete all data, or by uninstalling the Application. An active subscription is managed separately by Apple and is not cancelled by deleting data.

Data Retention Policy

Data stored on your device stays there until you delete it or delete the Application. The Service Provider cannot delete it remotely, because they never receive it.

Email you send to the Service Provider is kept only as long as needed to handle your request. To ask about that correspondence, write to neiman.k@icloud.com.

Children

The Application is not directed at children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please contact neiman.k@icloud.com if you believe a child has sent personal information through the feedback form or by email.

Security

On-device data is protected by your device and by Apple’s platform protections. The Service Provider does not operate a server that stores your spheres or tasks.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The new version will be published on this page. Continued use of the Application after a change means you accept the updated policy.

This privacy policy is effective as of 27 September 2026.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
