These terms apply to the Balansy app for iOS, provided by Alexey Zlobin (“Service Provider”). By using the app you agree to these terms.
What the app is
Balansy shows how your tasks are spread across spheres of life. It does not score your life, and it is not medical, psychological, or financial advice.
The app works without an account. Your spheres, tasks, and settings stay on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any backup of your data. The Service Provider cannot restore data that was deleted from the device.
License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
Balansy Plus
The core app is free: tasks, the current week, the week wheel, notifications, and up to 8 active spheres.
Balansy Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription sold by Apple:
- yearly plan, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers;
- monthly plan, without a trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
If a subscription ends, your data stays on the device. Features that belong to Balansy Plus become unavailable, and you cannot add spheres beyond the free limit. Nothing is deleted or archived because a subscription ended.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may differ by country. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Acceptable use
Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law or interferes with Apple’s services.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The Service Provider is not liable for decisions you make based on what the app shows, or for data lost from your device, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
The Service Provider may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. If you continue to use the app after an update, you accept the new terms.
